A great location with a breathtaking viewThe villa is located on the slope of a hill, from where you can admire one of the most beautiful beaches of the island - Psili Ammos, as well as Chora and the impressive mountains. We stayed in a large, clean and modern villa, with a very good equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, a spacious dining room, a good wi-fi connection, air conditioning and a big private terrace, equipped with sun loungers, umbrella and a huge table with comfortable chairs. The villa is surrounded by an impressive tipically cycladic garden amphitheatrically arranged, with aromatic herbs and wildflowers, whose aromas and scents were fully felt. The parking place was close to the villa. Upon our arrival we were kindly greeted by the friendly staff, Cinzia and Elli. The owner of the property, Katerina, was very kind, nice and friendly with us. Late check out was also possible. The villa is one of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at and for sure, we shall return there. Congratulations and many thanks, Katerina and Spyros.

Bellissima location, massima pulizia, padroni di casa molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Struttura posta sulla cima di un promontorio con vista sulla baia sottostante. Villa attrezzata di ogni comfort con ampi spazi interni ed esterni per viviere a pieno la location.

Beautiful, quiet, modern and centrally located in the middle area of Skopelos. 😀 - Location was great. Property was centrally located between the town and other attractions in the area (beaches, etc.). Having a car is necessary and the driving is a fun adventure. Excellent and new amenities while perched on a hill with lovely panoramic views of the mountains and ocean. Beautiful pool and lounge/BBQ area. Hosts were very accommodating and promptly assisted in a coffee machine malfunction and amazing restaurant recommendations. They offered to meet us at the ferry to assist in our arrival which was a nice option. We didn't read the fine print when we booked which is that we needed a 300 euro cash deposit, no big deal because we got it back when we checked out, we just didn't realize that it was part of the agreement when we booked! Highly recommend -- beautiful, brand new and very relaxing.

Bellissima location e vista meravigliosa. Posizione eccezionale, vicina alla spiaggia e a pochi minuti di auto dal porto e dalla Chora. Appartamenti curati e con ogni comfort.

A great experience 😀 - One of the most amazing places I have ever been. The villa is fully equipped it looks much better than in the pictures. Location is great with a breathtaking view. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Artemis, the manager is a very kind young man who values his clients and does his outmost to ensure they have a pleasant stay. Highly recommended and will definitely come back. 😞 - No wrong to write about.

Gorgeous, spacious home - we had a fabulous and comfortable stay. Fully functional and well equipped kitchen. Lovely new bathrooms. Lots of outside space options. Beds comfortable and all clean and tidy. 5 minute walk (uphill) from the town, felt really safe. Helpful owners and arranged a truck to take bags to / from the harbour for a small fee

Wow the view of the bay and city is amazing itself but the artwork in the house is fantastic too. Just a spectacular setting! The hosts were very kind and communicative and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Visiting in the heat of summer is to each their own as I will say the upstairs can get quite warm if you’re not used to it, even with a fan. A very minor point however, to the overall excellent experience we had at the house here in Portaria.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this fully equipped house. The space was spotless and it had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and the location was great! we would absolutely stay here again!

Hillside mansion 😀 - Meticulously designed, modern house in a serene location. Surrounded by pines and olive trees, with expansive views of the sea in two directions. Lots of space inside and out. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. You feel like you have your own mansion high up on a hillside, far from crowds and traffic (if Skopelos even has crowds and traffic). The drive to Skopelos town takes 13-15 minutes. Wonderful hosts who shared recommendations and were super responsive and helpful.

Erstklassige Villa in der Natur, sehr erholsam und mit beeindruckendem Ausblick! 😀 - Die Villa Orion liegt mitten in der Natur und bietet ein beeindruckendes 360 Grad Panorama über die Hügel der Insel bis hin zum Meer. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Besonders aufgefallen sind zum Beispiel die vielen kunsthandwerklichen Details und die atmosphärische Beleuchtung im Haus und auf dem ganzen Grundstück. Man merkt sofort, dass die beiden Besitzer echte Professionals und mit ganzem Herzen bei der Sache sind. Auf Wunsch bieten sie einen Full Service mit vielen ergänzenden Angeboten aus dem 5 Sterne Hotelbereich (Zwischenreinigungen, Handtuch- oder Bettwäschewechsel, Poolservice uvm.), aber es ist auch absolut in Ordnung, wenn man eine ganze Woche im Haus ausschließlich für sich allein sein möchte. Insgesamt war unser Urlaub auf Skopelos eine tolle Erfahrung - auch die Insel selbst, die viele Natur, die kleinen Hafenstädte, das Essen, die spätsommerliche Atmosphäre und die griechische Lebensart. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aspes white villa. It was four of us and a baby and were all very comfortable at the spacious villa enjoying the view every night.The amenities were exactly what we needed for us and our baby, since we were spending most of our afternoons at the villa. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook some of our meals there!The host was very friendly and made us feel welcomed!Highly recommended

Great location near the village of Kiveri. Our host suggested taverns in the area and in the lovely city of Naflio. The house is great. Fully loaded with every kitchen appliances. TV has Netflix which came in handy. Second time here and will definitely return. George and Korina and wonderful.

We were two families who stayed at Villa Kivis for a week. we had the best time. the location overlooking the bay is remote enough for a peaceful and beautiful stay, while a short drive brought us to welcoming sea front villages.
Villa is superiorly kept and well equipped.
we planned traveling around but ended up just staying at the Villa, with the great pool and out door kitchen.
One of the best vacations we had!

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, ζεστός διακοσμημένος με γούστο. Απίστευτη ησυχία και μαγευτική θέα. Η κυρία Δεσποινα μας υποδέχτηκε εγκάρδια, μας προσέφερε τοπικά εδέσματα για καλωσόρισμα. Ενώ η ευγενική κυρία Κορινα μας είχε δώσει αναλυτικές πληροφορίες άφιξης και περιήγησης της περιοχής. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν ο χώρος που είχε το μπιλιάρδο και το Πινγκ πονγκ όπου εκεί μικροί και μεγάλοι περάσαμε ατέλειωτες ώρες χαλάρωσης και διασκέδασης!

Καταπληκτικό σπίτι και καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Εξαιρετική επιλογή για παρέα πολλών ατόμων. Όσο ωραίο φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, από κοντά είναι ακόμα πιο όμορφο! Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

Très bon séjour au sein d’Artistic House, la maison est jolie et bien décorée, confortable et spacieuse (nous étions 5, nos grands ados ont eu chacun une chambre), et elle reste fraîche en été. C’est une bonne base pour partir visiter le Pelion, proche de Volos, au pied de Portaria, avec de très nombreux restaurants dans un petit périmètre. La maison n a pas de piscine mais on peut facilement aller en voiture sur l une des nombreuses plages du Golfe pagasétique ou bien de l autre côté, sur la mer Egée. Et sinon, certains hôtels de Portaria acceptent les visiteurs exterieurs dans leur piscine moyennant une petite participation, ce qui est aussi très pratique lorsqu’il fait chaud. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec de petites attentions et nous remercions Despina et Korina pour leur sollicitude et réactivité!

We will be back next year 😀 - Amazing villa. In a location above the beach, walking distance from Domkhari, a stunning view. Spacious and clean rooms with all the conditions for a long stay. Kind attitude of the hosts. warmly recommended

Επισκεφθήκαμε το artistic house την εορταστική περίοδο των Φώτων αρχικά θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι το σπίτι είναι σε ιδανικό σημείο με άπλετο χώρο για να παίξουν τα παιδιά & εντός και εκτός της οικίας & σε ικανοποιητική απόσταση από την πολυσύχναστη Πορταριά. Η πρόσβαση είναι πολύ εύκολη & δεν αισθάνεσαι απομονωμένος. Σε μικρό χρονικό διάστημα βρίσκεσαι από τα χωριά Μακρυνίτσα & Πορταριά &τα προάστεια του Βόλου, σε ιδιωτικό περιβάλλον και επαφή με την φύση. Η υποδοχή από την κα. Δέσποινα ήταν πέραν του αναμενόμενου αφού μας είχε φτιάξει και χειροποίητους μεζέδες. Από το σπίτι δεν έλειπε τίποτα και κυριολεκτικά σε μερικά σημεία οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν αφού δε μπορούν να μεταφέρουν τη θαλπωρή & τη ζεστασιά που σου αποπνέει. Η παρουσία της όλες τις ημέρες ήταν διακριτική & ήταν παραπάνω από πρόθυμη να μας διευκολύνει σε ερωτήματα που τις θέσαμε. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για 2 οικογένειες, πολύ ζεστό. Δε στερηθήκαμε τίποτα. Περάσαμε αξέχαστες γιορτινές ημέρες & μακάρι να το ξαναεπισκεφθούμε.

Really nice and cozy place in the mountains. Spent 4 nights with our kids and we really enjoyed the house and the surrounding area!

Το μέρος είναι εξαιρετικό. Τα σπίτια έχουν εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και την παραλία Πάπα Νέρο. Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι εφικτή από ένα απότομο καλντερίμι έξω από το σπίτι ενώ η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού είναι πολύ καλή για εξορμήσεις σε κοντινά χωριά. Ήμασταν παρέα 16 ατόμων και κλείσαμε τα 2 σπίτια (Αζαλέα & Καμέλια) για την περίοδο της πρωτοχρονιάς. Τα σπίτια ήταν πολύ προσεγμένα, καθαρά με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση, άνετα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Τα σπίτια ενώνονται εσωτερικά με πόρτα και είναι ιδανικά για μεγάλες παρέες ενώ σου δίνουν τη δυνατότητα συμβίωσης αλλά και απομόνωσης όταν το επιθυμείς. Η φιλοξενία και η αμεσότητα της Κορίνας ήταν το highlight της διαμονής μας καθώς η ευγένεια και η οργάνωση είναι σίγουρα τα δυνατά της στοιχεία. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται πολύ προσοχή είναι η πρόσβαση στο Parking καθώς είναι πολύ επικίνδυνο όταν έχει υγρασία ή πάγο. Το σπίτι συνολικά (από το Parking Μέχρι και το εσωτερικό) δεν ενδείκνυται για ανθρώπους με δυσκολία στην κίνηση.

The estate at property was very comfortable. It was very clean enough linen and good collection of utensils. The only feedback I have is to make sure the exact address as the property is in alley and taxi does not straight to it. Nicholas is very responsive in communication and help us for every query that I had. Once you get into the property it is a nice place and lots of restaurants around the neighborhood and also very safe. It’s walkable to the Museum of acropolis.

Es difícil que, como en este caso, solo haya comentarios positivos, pero así es. La casa es muy confortable y bella, de gran calidad y estilo. Ubicada en una calle muy tranquila y cercana de casi todas las visitas importantes, las zonas de restaurantes más interesantes y de comercios. La casa estaba impecable y ofrecía más de lo propuesto en el aviso. Y para terminar, Nicolás fue sumamente amable, nos asistió en todas nuestras inquietudes. Para mí y mis nietos (éramos 7) fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables, y Nicolás y su casa colaboraron en una gran medida a ese logro. En conclusión: recomiendo mucho esta casa y su anfitrión.

Our stay was wonderful. Korina’s place is beautiful, peaceful. We were in Serifos in Winter, without anyone. The location is wonderful with a great view. Korina is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place and excellent host! A fantastic playground at the backyard for the kids to play and spacious parking for 3 cars (and there is even more parking around). I can't but recommend people to visit this fantastic house, extremely clean and well maintained, with great view and amenities!!

Exceptional apartment. Exceptional location. Exceptionally equipped. Whether you’ve been to Athens before or are seeing it for the first time, this apartment is for you. We were a family of six adults and we had space to think, play, eat and sleep. Altogether brilliant. Five stars.

We had a wonderful time in Serifos and in the Apes Villas.
The Villas are exactly us shown on the pictures, overlooking the most beautiful beach.
Korina is a very caring host. She contacted us every few days with tips on excursion. Since we had a storm during our time on the island, her contact was very helpful.
We hope to be back at one time and we can not image staying anywhere else on the island.

Nicolas was the perfect host for our stay in Athens. The apartment is superb and couldn't be better placed to explore from. We had a brilliant few days and absolutely love Athens

Wonderful. We had an amazing vacation and we'd definitely stay here again 🙂 😀 - We were 7 people and had an amazing time. We all had plenty of space and it never felt crowded. The villa is in a beautiful location and the nearby beaches are among the best. Korina the hostess was in touch every day with recommendations and offers of help. And Lina and Kostas were super helpful, even though they don't speak English. A great base for exploring the west side of Pelion. 😞 - Nothing really complain about. Maybe the water pressure in the upstairs bedroom - but it didn't spoil anything.
