We came here with our 1 year old, baby chair and bed as well as toys were provided by the host. The villa is only minutes away from the nicest beach on the island, super baby friendly, sandy beach with great tavernas to enjoy a delicious lunch. The port and capital are super near by, so we went our for dinner every night. At Aspes Cinzia is offering great massages, she has very experienced hands and know exactly what you need, I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her. The interior is beautiful and very stylish, but most importantly very comfortable and especially for a family with small kids. We loved the room with the low bed and the curtains as our little one could safely sleep there while we had our privacy at the same time. The place has many windows and gets enough light, but if it gets too hot it has aircons too.
It has a table outside the house, perfect for breakfast as it is in the shade and close to the kitchen, and a table in the garden perfect for dinner with an amazing view of the beach from the front, and if you are lucky the goats up the mountains!
Even though the place is close to the other houses of the development, we felt we had our privacy at all times.
Two of the BEST beaches of the island (Psili ammos and Agios Sostis) are in a very short distance by car, maybe like 5 minutes. At Psili ammos there is a family owned taverna (Manolis) with nice food and even nicer people.
The parking is a bit difficult as the road up to the houses is quite narrow, but it is manageable once you get the hang of it.
We happened to meet the owner, a wonderful very welcoming lady that literally did her best to make our stay as great as possible. Korina too, always very patient to my questions and sent us loads of suggestions too.
We generally fell in love with the place, the island and its people. Really a perfect holiday! read less

In addition to the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounds the villa, the location is a 15 minute walk to one of our favorite beaches on Serifos. Although the island has many beautiful sights, it’s the morning view from the villa’s patio, which overlooks the sea, that will stay with us a long time.
Our stay was made even better by the attentive and kind hosts who were very response and eager to provide us with useful recommendations and help when it was required.
As with most hillside locations, guests with heavy luggage should expect steep stairs leading up to the villa. Like many Islands, Serifos can get quite windy. Luckily the villa has a glass barrier which can be erected to keep the dining area well insulated and allow guests to enjoy the patio even during high winds. Lastly, a car with a confident and capable driver is a must, not just for getting to the villa but also to experience Serifos in its entirety.
We look forward to coming back to Aspes next time we’re back on Serifos. read less

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We visited in May and the wild flowers in the garden and the surrounding hillside were just beautiful and sent an aromatic perfume throughout the villa. Swimming across the bay was amazing, through the clear aquamarine water. Korina was a great host who provided a welcome pack and was always available to answer any questions and suggest places to visit on Serifos. We had a great six days there. read less

There is a lovely view from the outside table and it's great for a small family. There is a large main bedroom and then the other room is on a raised platorm with mattress on the floor, so great for children.

It’s built into a cliff directly above possibly the best beach on serifos (Psili Ammos). Each villa feels totally private and is very tastefully decorated inside and out. We absolutely loved our stay here, would definitely recommend it and will certainly be coming back! You really do need a car, although the beach is accessible by foot- we found it much easier/quicker to drive down. Also to explore the rest of what the island had to offer. Karina was an excellent host- always on hand to answer questions and gave us kids of useful information about the island. One of the nicest air bnbs I’ve stayed in! A couple minutes to the beach, very friendly and accommodating tavern folks. Korina was very responsive to our group. A group of Americans without any knowledge of the fabulous island, but Korina was quick to answer any questions. She obviously wanted our stay to be as comfortable as possible. Entertained by the passing of the goats around 4 pm. Breakfast items included to start our day. Can you tell we were just extremely pleased with everything? Such a great house, a great host, and a great experience. Highly recommend to any traveler. read less

Perched high up beneath the rocky outcroppings, the views are picture-postcard breathtaking. The beach below is the best on the island. The kittens who lived outdoors on the property became our faithful friends 🙂 The villa was simple but stylish (the owners have very good taste) and well-appointed, and the terrace was just amazing! Can't recommend Aspes highly enough. We felt lucky to have found it, and one day hope to return. read less

The view to the open sea, Psili Amos Beach or to Chora was spectaculous. We loved the quiet environment, the sound of the wind and waves and the cats around us who gave us a feeling of being at home.
Korina was very helpful and kind, communication was fast and information about the island very carefully documented. Unfortunately we could not meet her but Elli, a very warmly housekeeper, was around every day, wanted to change towels the third day and took the rubbish away every day.
We were lucky to have great weather conditions to have lunch and dinner at the beautiful terrace enjoying the great view and quiet. But if there is wind coming from the north, how it was the last day, its too windy to sit outside and its better to go to another, sheltered side of the island, for what its good to have a car.
We can recommend the Psili Amos Villa and would definitely come back. read less

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, nicht groß, aber alles sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und sauber. Die Lage ist toll, über der Bucht hat man einen schönen Ausblick, man kann zu Fuß einen kleinen steilen Pfad zum Strand hinunter gehen, perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Der "Hausstrand" ist sehr schön, allerdings auch ziemlich beliebt. Ein Auto ist notwendig um auf der Insel herumzukommen, auch zum Einkaufen. Da es auf den Kykladen sehr windig sein kann, kann die Terrasse mit einer Glaswand abgeschirmt werden was toll ist. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden alle 3 Tage gewechselt und der Müll wird täglich von Elli mitgenommen. Wir haben vorab jede Menge Infos von Korina per email bekommen und Katarina hat mir persönlich noch viele gute Tipps für die Insel gegeben. read less

Before our arrival, Korina was both communicative and flexible when our plans changed a bit, (which we were endlessly appreciative for) and supplied us with the most helpful information and advice about the island, (restaurants, activities, beaches, where to buy groceries, anything you could think of, Korina covered it). When we arrived, we were met and introduced to our temporary home before settling in. The apartment is simple but functional, clean, and lovely. Perched in the cliffs looking over the ocean, the breeze, the wildflowers, and the waves lulled us into the ultimate relaxation time. Phenomenal location a walks distance from the most beautiful beach on Serifos. Korina continued to keep in touch with us during our stay to answer any questions we had. We could not have asked for better hosts or a better location. We would absolutely recommend staying here 🙂 Thank you again! read less

We actually booked on the day we were traveling, and what made it more difficult was that this was clearly off season. Korina and Katerina, managed to set up the house in record time and when we got there everything was ready, the House squeaky clean and Ellie was there to show us the works.
Aspes is a group of 3 houses overlooking the beautiful and unspoiled beach of Psili Ammos. The Houses are beautifully built on a cliff, and the views are amazing. I managed to get up a morning at 6.30 and saw the Sun rise literally from the Sea.
It was only 2 of us but I can say that it is a fully accommodating house for a family of four.
Full marks for cleanliness and amenities. It is 5 minutes drive from the Port, so you need a car, trust me it’s worth it, especially as the island has so much to offer.
Our Hosts Korina and Katerina were wonderful, very prompt and communicative. The tips about the area left in the House were very helpful as this was the first (of many I hope) visits to the Island.
Overall, a great stay, strongly recommended. read less

C’est une personne très gentille. Korina nous avait laissé un panier garni avec des produits locaux pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Nous n’avons pas pu nous voir mais avons échangé par téléphone. It’s very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and extraordinarily located. It’s hard to stay inside with such a magnificent view!
Everything was organised by sweet hosts: pick-up in the port, transportation, food, etc.
I spent probably days staring at such a beautiful landscape: a paradisiac beach almost for myself alone, plenty of trekking trails, peace, silence, utmost safety (I even slept outside a couple of times as I wanted to stare at the starry sky above me), charm, authenticity, beauty, and a stone house that is almost imperceptible from far away but that is great for any type of holidays one must be after (family, couples, solitary, small group of friends ...).
I had special requets for meals to be cooked and delivered to me and it was exactly what I was expecting, as I don’t drive I asked my hostesses to organise a taxi pick-up everyday and it was extremely friendly, punctual and efficient.
I spent six unforgettable days in this house, island and can not recommend it enough to others. I hope it will stay a secret between us. read less

Es gab viele Informationen und Tips, die uns einen schnellen Einstieg auf Serifos ermöglicht haben. Auch waren Elli & Costa vor Ort immer für uns da, wenn wir Sie gebraucht haben. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür!
Alle Fotos und Beschreibungen der ASPES Villa entsprechen genau dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Aussicht auf das Meer, den Psili Ammos Beach und die Chora sind wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung und die Qualität des Hauses ist super. Jeden Tag wurde der Müll abgeholt und wir fanden wir es auch außergewöhnlich, dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher alle 2-3 Tage gewechselt wurden.
Wir hatten zum Ende September leider ein wenig Pech mit dem Wetter und dem relativ stark wehenden Meltemi. Somit war es leider nicht immer möglich die wirklich tolle Terrasse und den zu Füßen liegenden Psili Ammos Beach genießen zu können. In diesem Fall haben wir jedoch einfach den Ort gewechselt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall ein Fahrzeug empfehlen. read less

Although windy, we preferred this less touristy side of the island where the beaches are less busy, prettier and have sand. Katerina was very welcoming and suggested a few good restaurants.
The beach below Aspes was our favorite as well as the taverna where the waiters were low key and smiling.

The view from the villas into the sea and Psili Ammos is incredible. Each of the villas are very stylishly decorated, the grounds are well landscaped and well maintained, the units are very clean, minimally decorated (which we loved), and feel very comfortable.
Korina was also a truly wonderful host! She was very communicative, helpful, kind, and went out of her way to help us.
Unfortunately, the 6 days we spent there were during a very unusual heat wave which made staying in the villas near impossible, due to the lack of air conditioning. There are fans in both bedrooms, but it remained almost 90° F / 32° C at night and because of this we ended up renting a very basic room at the port with AC just in order to sleep at night.
Travelers should also note that the villas are very secluded (part of their charm and appeal) and renting a car is a MUST. The incredibly beautiful beach, Psili Ammos, is within sight but probably about a 200-300 meter walk downhill from the villas. It is a very hilly climb down and up and there are only two tavernas on the beach (both wonderful) that only stay open until 7 PM. Otherwise, the port is a 10 minute drive and Chora (the main village) is about 20 minutes or so drive away.
The villas are completely self-catering, so do your grocery shopping in the port before you get to them, as only basic amenities are left for guests.
Had it not been for the heat wave, we would have had a perfect stay! In the future, they will hopefully install air conditioning, which would make the stay at Aspes Villas perfect. The view and beach really can't be beat and the villas themselves are just lovely. read less

We rented an ATV to get around which was super fun but also practical given the often unpaved roads you must travel to get around. If you're looking for privacy, book the villa on the top floor. The one we rented was on the middle floor and meant greeting the lovely young family staying upstairs as they came and went. Also, ask for an extra set of bath towels and beach towels when you arrive.
The views on Psilli Amos beach from the villa truly are breath-taking. We rented a boat and spent the day beach-hopping the entire island. Conclusion? It isn't an exageration when they say Psilli Amos is the most beautiful beach in Serifos. I can see why it was rated one of the best beaches in europe: White Sand, Turquoise waters that are almost as clear as bath water, spots with shade and restaurants on the beach. If youre looking for a relaxing, down-to-earth vacation spot for romance or family time, this is everything you'd hoped it'd be and more. read less

Korina was a five stars host and we had a great time staying in her villa. She proved to be more than helpful in finding us a private speedboat to Serifos (seamen were on strike when we arrived in Greece). We wouldn't have made it to Serifos otherwise. She also proved to be highly reactive to our other questions/demands (eg extra chairs & blankets). We were also very happy with the villa and had much pleasure enjoying the view from the terrace. In addition, at this time of the year, we were delighted to feel like being the only visitors on the island...
The only thing to keep in mind when booking the house for 6 adult people, is that there are "only" two rooms (with very confortable beds I must say). The two additional persons therefore get to sleep on the sofa or a camp bed, not as comfy as proper bed.
But this didn't shade our overall experience and without any hesitation, I definitely recommend this place ! read less

serifos is heaven on earth! we ariived there on april, not the season time, and the weather was windy and a bit cold. after the first night we asked from the kind housekeeper (that also welcomed us when we arrived since korina was not around at this time) to arrange some extra blankets and she imidiatly arranged it for us.
the house is beutiful, extra clean, really nice designed, and is located in a beautiful spot of the island with breath taking views, the starry skies at night are priceless, and if you are into yoga, the balcony is a perfect place to practice.
Korina gave us all the information we needed to know, nice walking path's, recommendations for restaurants and more.
one thing that is important to know- if you are not the "walking type person" you will need to rent a car, because the house is isolated, which was also it's advantage for us.

We felt at home very soon. At our arrive we were riceved by Katerina and her son Alexandros, they explained everything about the home and they also showed us the path to reach by foot the Psilli Amos beach. They explains us the daily cleaning: It was also change of linen every three days.
The villa is elegant and well furnished, the best corner is certain the terrace where you can appreciate relaxing moments.
The hosts were excellent: Korina sent to us an email before our arrive with the indications to join the villa and many suggestions about tavernas and beaches.
What we enjoyed the most was Katerina and Korina warm hospitality. They have been really wonderful hosts.
We will sure came back.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo presso Aspes Villas: la casa è bellissima, elegantemente arredata, ben pulita la cui terrazza ha una vista meravigliosa sulla più bella spiaggia di Serifos.
Siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità da Katerina al nostro arrivo, accoglienza che è stata protratta per tutto il nostro soggiorno.
I suoi gentili modi, oltre a quelli di Korina hanno fatto veramente la differenza : ci siamo innamorati di Serifos, tanto da decidere di tornare senz'altro appena possibile.
I loro consigli su taverne, spiagge e quant'altro hanno fatto sì che la nostra vacanza fosse perfetta. Unico piccolo neo il forte Meltemi che per 8 giorni ha soffiato incessantemente sull'isola, malgrado questo i consigli di Katerina sulle spiagge meno battute dal vento ci hanno permesso di godere del mare nonostante tutto. La natura però non si comanda e quindi che dire: Grazie Katerina, grazie Korina per tutto quanto avete fatto per noi.

La maison domine la plage de Psilli Ammos, une des plus belles plages d’Europe qu’on peut atteindre à pied en 10 mn pour descendre (15-20 pour remonter) sauf pour moi car j’étais enceinte 😉
Les Maisons sont ravissantes et conformes aux photos.
Mais surtout Korina et Katerina sont absolument adorables, à la fois discrètes et en même temps toujours prêtes à vous aider, à vous conseiller une bonne adresse ou même en anticipant vos besoins. On avait vraiment l’impression d’êtes chez des amis. Nous reviendrons c’est certain.

Serifos is a very beautiful island, very quiet and still very protected from the mass tourism.
The house overlooks the Psilli Ammos beach (one of the most beautiful beach of Europe) which we could reach by walk in ten minutes (to go down the beach and 15-20 mn to come back) except for me, 6 months pregnant.
The houses are very beautiful and in keeping with the pictures.But particularly Korina and Katerina are so nice, both discreet and always ready to help you, to give you good addresses or even anticipating your needs. We really feel like we were at friend’s home. We will come back, it’s sure. read less

At night you can enjoy a starry sky impossibilile to find elsewhere. The interior of the house is equally lovely. Furnished with taste and simplicity, with stone floors and wooden ceiling. The rooms are clean and bright. From the bed you can hear the noise of the waves !!! The kitchen is well stocked and there is always hot water. A nice lady comes to empty the garbage every day and clean the kitchen. Sheets and towels are changed every three days (really can not be beaten in terms of cleanliness). The owner of Aspes, Katerina, is very kind and very helpful: it has satisfied our every need (rent scooters, come and pick us up and take us to the port as we were without a car), and which has spoiled bringing us coffee every morning. And also delicious cakes and homemade snacks. His son Alexandros is just as friendly. Serifos is an island dream and Aspes Villa a corner of paradise! Absolutely recommended. Aspes villas is situated high up on a slope providing absolutely breathtaking views and scenery... read moreAspes villas is situated high up on a slope providing absolutely breathtaking views and scenery of possibly one of the best beaches in Serifos- Psilli Ammos. You can hear the sound of the waves and see the ever-changing colours of the sky and sea throughout the day. It's absolutely beautiful! All of the villas have amazing outdoor space from which to enjoy this view in all its glory!
The villa is very clean and as shown in the pictures- because of where it is located, a car is essential and I would say that if you have mobility issues, it will be a challenge to walk, as the walk is quite steep with a lot of steps.
Because each villa has a separate entrance, you will have complete privacy and all have magnificent views!
One of the best things during our stay was Cinzia, the lovely massage therapist who is based there full time. She was extremely welcoming, kind, friendly and generous and it was wonderful to have her there. You feel like you are in luxury spa retreat, as you can book a massage directly there without needing to go anywhere!
Important to note that there is no AC in the villa although there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Personally, I found this completely fine as the ceiling fans were very effective however some people are quite fond of air con 🙂
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Aspes, amazing and beautiful views, stunning beach, completely tranquility and privacy but also 5-10 mins drive from Livadi where you will find lots of shops and restaurants. read less

La maison de Korina vaut le déplacement uniquement pour ça.
Il y a plusieurs villas sur le même terrain, mais tout est bien conçu pour préserver l’intimité et le calme de chacun.
L’accueil par Elli a été très chaleureux.
La communication avec Korina très efficace.
L’équipement de la cuisine est par contre, comme très souvent dans les locations, très rudimentaire, rendant la les repas et leur préparation un peu laborieux (seulement deux verres à vin, trois bols, pas de planche à découper, deux petites taques très basiques, ...).
Si vous ne comptez pas cuisiner, alors aucun soucis. Sinon, il y a tout de même moyen de se débrouiller.
Un peu plus embêtant selon moi: la literie très souple. Si comme moi vous appréciez les matelas (très) fermés, vous risquez de trouver ceux-là trop mous...
Mais ces petits inconvénients sont très largement compensés par la qualité exceptionnelle du cadre. read less

The house is perfect for a couple or a couple+2 children.The only down side is that it can get pretty windy, meaning you won't be able to enjoy the stunning Psili Ammos beach. We were there for a whole week and we could only make use of it one day. That being said, there are always other bays on the other side of the island with better weather conditions.
The island is small, local and calm, making it perfect to relax and desconect.
Korina was a fantastic host and we appreciate all her tips.

The villa itself had been finished to a high standard and had all the items one might need during a self catering stay. Upon arrival there was a small welcome package of local goodies and the villa was clean and neatly presented.
If it's a nice quiet relaxing stay you're looking for I would recommend it.
The next town (Livadi) was about 10 mins drive away, either by taxi or rental. The beach (Psilli Ammos) itself was accessible via a pathway on the hillside and took around 5-10mins. Thanks to Korina for all her friendly help and support 🙂 read less
