- Sabine01 Jun 2026Tolle Villa mit Ausblick 😀 - Eine tolle Villa oberhalb Skopelos-Stadt mit großem Pool, sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat von dort eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf beide Seiten der Insel mit Meerblick. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, auf dem Tisch frisches Obst. Am 2. Tag haben wir sogar eine Flasche Wein bekommen. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, war unser sympathischer Vermieter umgehend zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Zum Abschied gab es noch ein Gläschen lokalen Honig. 😞 - Die Entfernung zur Stadt war doch erheblich. Auf steilem kurvenreichen und schmalem Weg geht es mit dem Auto mindestens 10 Minuten hoch, bzw. runter, je nach Richtung. Zu Fuß schier unmöglich. Our host was most welcoming, providing very accurate info on how to get to the apartment and also some local recommendations such as restaurants. We really couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Athens, so close to the major sites such as the Parthenon and Acropolis, with 4 kids under the age of 10 this was incredibly convenient. We stayed in a large, clean and modern villa, with a very good equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, a spacious dining room, a good wi-fi connection, air conditioning and a big private terrace, equipped with sun loungers, umbrella and a huge table with comfortable chairs. The villa is surrounded by an impressive tipically cycladic garden amphitheatrically arranged, with aromatic herbs and wildflowers, whose aromas and scents were fully felt. The parking place was close to the villa. Upon our arrival we were kindly greeted by the friendly staff, Cinzia and Elli. The owner of the property, Katerina, was very kind, nice and friendly with us. Late check out was also possible. The villa is one of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at and for sure, we shall return there. A very modern and comfortable home right under the Acropolis and on the edge of Plaka. We enjoyed a 3 night stay with our party of 6. With 3 private bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, and an extra double bed in an open area, there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. I can't say enough about how classy and modern this space was. And it was well equipped with everything you might might need - from a Nespresso coffee maker (with pods) down to a washer and dryer!. Being on the edge of Plaka, we were a short walk from a ton of shopping and great restaurants. Our host Korina was excellent and checked in on us frequently to see if we needed anything. Her co-host Kostas greeted us when we arrived, helped us with our luggage, and showed us everything we need to know about the place. I would definitely stay here again!read moreread less

Property was centrally located between the town and other attractions in the area (beaches, etc.). Having a car is necessary and the driving is a fun adventure. Excellent and new amenities while perched on a hill with lovely panoramic views of the mountains and ocean. Beautiful pool and lounge/BBQ area. Hosts were very accommodating and promptly assisted in a coffee machine malfunction and amazing restaurant recommendations. They offered to meet us at the ferry to assist in our arrival which was a nice option. We didn't read the fine print when we booked which is that we needed a 300 euro cash deposit, no big deal because we got it back when we checked out, we just didn't realize that it was part of the agreement when we booked! The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and at an amazing quiet location overlooking the Agios Sostis beach. The view is something to behold and lends to spending quality time at the sizeable veranda. The location is close (by car) to many of the island’s popular beaches and only 10 min drive from Livadi (the port town with many restaurants and and shops) and 15 min drive from the island’s picturesque Chora. By foot one can reach the beaches of Agios Sostis and Lia (both must see). Malheureusement nous avons eu beaucoup de vent durant notre séjour et n'avons pas pu prendre de repas à l'extérieur sur la jolie terrasse.Tout le reste était parfait, logement propre, bien équipé.
