- David04 Oct 2026This is place is in a great location. At the foot of the Acropolis and in the heart of the most interesting and picturesque part of the Plaka. It's a few minutes by foot to the Acropolis entrance, to the Agora, Syntagma Square and no steps to the Plaka. It's right outside the door, yet on a relatively quiet street. Korina communicated every step of the way, welcoming us and showing us exactly how to get there. Sophia very cheerfully and hospitably met us at the door. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment and an ample supply of food and drinks to get a start on your stay without having to go get supplies right away. Perfect place to land after a long journey. We'd been looking for a place with a view of the Acropolis. This is so close to it that you don't get much of a view of it, but the thrill of being at the base of the historic rock more than made up for that. The left us a welcome basket of fruit, honey and jam and a fridge full of bottled water. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and the setup was perfect. The view from the deck is unreal. We explored beaches all around the island but Psili Ammos which is a very short drive from Aspes was one of our favorites. Korina is incredibly warm and super helpful. We stayed in Aspes 4 and it was such beautiful home, inside and out, with everything you’d need. To be able to enjoy meals while overlooking an incredible beach was a dream. Korina and her team gave us so many fantastic beach, restaurant and historical recommendations that we wish we could’ve stayed for a month! We were greeted and introduced to the home in a timely manner by a gracious host. This property is an architectural wonder that sits right below the Greek flag atop the acropolis. The street is charming and quiet. The accommodation is large and the private entrance courtyard is a fantastic place to sit as the sunsets with a cool glass of Greek white. The bedroom and sleeping areas are comfortable and stylish, the climate control flawless. Although we spent every meal out in one of the many nearby coffee shops or tavernas, the kitchen here is very well stocked, and would have been a fabulous place to make a group dinner if we had a longer stay. Sadly we had to return to home and leave Greece. I would gladly return to this accommodation, our favorite of stays near the acropolis over 4 years. Highly recommend. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit hat bei uns ein Zustand der Zufriedenheit, Entspannung und Erholung eingesetzt.Ein besonderes auch Lob an Elli, die sich liebevoll um alles kümmert.Auch die Massagen vor Ort bei Cinzia können wir nur empfehlen – professionell, entspannend und mit viel positiver Energie.Besonders angenehm: Bei Wind lassen sich die Glasfronten schließen.
