A great location with a breathtaking viewThe villa is located on the slope of a hill, from where you can admire one of the most beautiful beaches of the island - Psili Ammos, as well as Chora and the impressive mountains. We stayed in a large, clean and modern villa, with a very good equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, a spacious dining room, a good wi-fi connection, air conditioning and a big private terrace, equipped with sun loungers, umbrella and a huge table with comfortable chairs. The villa is surrounded by an impressive tipically cycladic garden amphitheatrically arranged, with aromatic herbs and wildflowers, whose aromas and scents were fully felt. The parking place was close to the villa. Upon our arrival we were kindly greeted by the friendly staff, Cinzia and Elli. The owner of the property, Katerina, was very kind, nice and friendly with us. Late check out was also possible. The villa is one of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at and for sure, we shall return there. Congratulations and many thanks, Katerina and Spyros.

Bellissima location, massima pulizia, padroni di casa molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Struttura posta sulla cima di un promontorio con vista sulla baia sottostante. Villa attrezzata di ogni comfort con ampi spazi interni ed esterni per viviere a pieno la location.

Bellissima location e vista meravigliosa. Posizione eccezionale, vicina alla spiaggia e a pochi minuti di auto dal porto e dalla Chora. Appartamenti curati e con ogni comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aspes white villa. It was four of us and a baby and were all very comfortable at the spacious villa enjoying the view every night.The amenities were exactly what we needed for us and our baby, since we were spending most of our afternoons at the villa. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook some of our meals there!The host was very friendly and made us feel welcomed!Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time in Serifos and in the Apes Villas.
The Villas are exactly us shown on the pictures, overlooking the most beautiful beach.
Korina is a very caring host. She contacted us every few days with tips on excursion. Since we had a storm during our time on the island, her contact was very helpful.
We hope to be back at one time and we can not image staying anywhere else on the island.

Great place to stay, especially when you have a family. We came here with our 1 year old, baby chair and bed as well as toys were provided by the host. The villa is only minutes away from the nicest beach on the island, super baby friendly, sandy beach with great tavernas to enjoy a delicious lunch. The port and capital are super near by, so we went our for dinner every night. At Aspes Cinzia is offering great massages, she has very experienced hands and know exactly what you need, I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her. Υπέροχος προορισμός !!! Σε δύο ώρες μόλις από τον Πειραιά και λίγα λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Σερίφου βρίσκονται οι Αspes . Απόλυτα εναρμονισμένες με το τοπίο , σε προνομιακή θέση χτισμένες με αξεπέραστη θέα στο Αιγαίο και την ομορφότερη με γαλαζοπράσινα νερά παραλία του νησιού ! Τέσσερις πολυτελείς πέτρινες βίλες με ιδιωτική βεράντα προσφέρουν μοναδική άνεση στους επισκέπτες , ενώ το εσωτερικό διαθέτει όλα τα κομφόρ με γνώμονα την αισθητική και ποιότητα . Καθώς επίσης υπηρεσίες μασάζ και guest relations ! Μείναμε κατενθουσιασμένοι τόσο από τη διαμονή όσο και απ τους εξαίρετους , φιλόξενους οικοδεσπότες της !!!

Beside the (gorgeous) view, the beach (one of the most beautiful of the island, if not the first one) and the very quiet environment, Aspes houses have been conceived, built and decorated with taste and a visible search for quality. A very successful tribute paid to the wild beauty of the island.

The place is gorgeous. The interior is beautiful and very stylish, but most importantly very comfortable and especially for a family with small kids. We loved the room with the low bed and the curtains as our little one could safely sleep there while we had our privacy at the same time. The place has many windows and gets enough light, but if it gets too hot it has aircons too.

It has a table outside the house, perfect for breakfast as it is in the shade and close to the kitchen, and a table in the garden perfect for dinner with an amazing view of the beach from the front, and if you are lucky the goats up the mountains!

Even though the place is close to the other houses of the development, we felt we had our privacy at all times.

Two of the BEST beaches of the island (Psili ammos and Agios Sostis) are in a very short distance by car, maybe like 5 minutes. At Psili ammos there is a family owned taverna (Manolis) with nice food and even nicer people.

The parking is a bit difficult as the road up to the houses is quite narrow, but it is manageable once you get the hang of it.

We happened to meet the owner, a wonderful very welcoming lady that literally did her best to make our stay as great as possible. Korina too, always very patient to my questions and sent us loads of suggestions too.

We generally fell in love with the place, the island and its people. Really a perfect holiday!

siamo stati (3 famiglie) ospiti di Katerina ad agosto 2021. siamo stati benissimo, le case erano perfette e la location mozzafiato. assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Korina's place is above the best beach is Serifos. A short 8min walk to beautiful sand and blue sea. Its secluded but only a 10min drive to Levaldi and all the shops and restaurants.
There is a lovely view from the outside table and it's great for a small family. There is a large main bedroom and then the other room is on a raised platorm with mattress on the floor, so great for children.
We would defiantly come back.

Emplacement parfait et très belle maison dans cette île si douce à vivre. L’accueil de la propriétaire est exceptionnel et prévenant : toutes les infos sont données avec précision, en avance et avec une très grande gentillesse (même les plages conseillées quand souffle le vent :))
La maison est vraiment très bien agencée et décorée et la vue phénoménale.

This villa was so so beautiful! It’s built into a cliff directly above possibly the best beach on serifos (Psili Ammos). Each villa feels totally private and is very tastefully decorated inside and out. We absolutely loved our stay here, would definitely recommend it and will certainly be coming back! You really do need a car, although the beach is accessible by foot- we found it much easier/quicker to drive down. Also to explore the rest of what the island had to offer. Karina was an excellent host- always on hand to answer questions and gave us kids of useful information about the island. One of the nicest air bnbs I’ve stayed in! Thankyou for everything xx

Greek island vacations at its best! We stayed in Aspes Villas with my family in June 2013. Being Cyclades Greek islands lovers:
* we first of all enjoyed the UNIQUE LOCATION of Aspes Villas, on a hill over-viewing Psili Ammos Beach and Chora

* we loved the proximity to the award winning family-friendly Psili Ammos BEACH (3 min car drive) with turquoise waters and a seaside taverna with tasteful Mediterranean food
* we appreciated the HOSPITALITY of our hosts, Spyros & Katerina, offering raki & mezedes and helpful in every aspect of our holidays
* we adored SERIFOS ISLAND as a whole, with its unique 72 beaches, the old Mines by the sea and the beautiful picturesque "Chora" (main town)
* we loved the quality, design and cleanliness of our Villa, and our romantic evenings at the terrace, enjoying the view and our drinks
We will definitely be there again!

Nice position, just over one of the best beaches of Serifos. Lovely apartments, well designed, perfectly kept by the owners, who were always happy to help us (we were there with our 2 y old baby, so...).

We couldn't have had a better time on any island, at any property, than we did on Serifos at Aspes Villas. Perched high up beneath the rocky outcroppings, the views are picture-postcard breathtaking. The beach below is the best on the island. The kittens who lived outdoors on the property became our faithful friends 🙂 The villa was simple but stylish (the owners have very good taste) and well-appointed, and the terrace was just amazing! Can't recommend Aspes highly enough. We felt lucky to have found it, and one day hope to return.

Korina et Katarina sont d’excellentes hôtesses, accueillantes et prévoyantes.
Avant notre départ pour Sérifos, elles nous ont envoyé un maximum d’informations : lieux à voir, bons restaurants, idées de randonnées...
À notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueillis. La maison est belle, agréable et la vue sur la baie est incroyable.
De quoi passer un bon séjour !

It’s a very nice place. The house has a fantastic view pn the see. Katerina welcomes us and explains us everething. She is very welcomîng. It was a great time in Serifos. I recommand this place. Bruno 2018

Excellent location, beautiful views of Sunrise as well as sunset! View of Chora and of Psili Ammos Beach. Perfect full kitchen and refrigerator. Would have preferred trash service every other day at least but only came every 3 days. Since I cooked a lot there was a lot of trash. If there was a communal bin close by I would have taken the trash out daily on my own. I would definitely like to stay here again if returning.

“I’m still asking myself if it was a dream...” I had the house on the top of the hill. It’s very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and extraordinarily located. It’s hard to stay inside with such a magnificent view!

Everything was organised by sweet hosts: pick-up in the port, transportation, food, etc.

I spent probably days staring at such a beautiful landscape: a paradisiac beach almost for myself alone, plenty of trekking trails, peace, silence, utmost safety (I even slept outside a couple of times as I wanted to stare at the starry sky above me), charm, authenticity, beauty, and a stone house that is almost imperceptible from far away but that is great for any type of holidays one must be after (family, couples, solitary, small group of friends ...).

I had special requets for meals to be cooked and delivered to me and it was exactly what I was expecting, as I don’t drive I asked my hostesses to organise a taxi pick-up everyday and it was extremely friendly, punctual and efficient.

I spent six unforgettable days in this house, island and can not recommend it enough to others. I hope it will stay a secret between us.

Location excellent. Villas very nice and clean. Hospitable owner. Need a car though. Best beach of the island, psili ammos is just below the villas.

Communication and check in were clear and easy easy. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our view of the gorgeous Psili Ammos beach was amazing. Our host was most gracious. Don’t miss a massage from Cinzia. A note, if your are sensitive to heat while sleeping, this house does not have air conditioning.
