VILLA OLIVIS

Villa Olivis blends seamlessly with the environment with many stone works and terraces of 300 sq.m. offering numerous relaxation spots. The location is very calm and the estate is recently built.
The infinity pool is 4×10 meters and offers a splendid view of the sea overlooking the valley.
The highest quality materials have been used in an optimal layout. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults max + 2 kids) in the way described right below.

Layout
The villa consists of three independent “blocks” which do not communicate internally:
BLOCK#1. At the main ground level features the living room, kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
BLOCK#2. At the same main ground level, by a separate entrance, there are two more bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds) and a second bathroom.
At the lower level – BLOCK#3 – there is an independent studio of 50 sq.m. accommodating comfortably a couple with or without kids. The space at the lower level has a kitchenette, a bathroom with a bath tub and an independent terrace with beautiful sea view. The studio is kids’ friendly due to its layout.
