Villa Aelia is a luxury newly built home consisting of three floors.The top floor features an ambient sunny master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dress room and a small balcony which overlooks the garden.
The first floor has one large double bedroom and one more bedroom with a semi-double sofa bed, one bathroom, a very large stylish living room and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On this level there is also a veranda overviewing the garden, ideal for your coffee or lunch.
Finally the basement floor features two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a W.C. and another kitchen.
Villa Aelia is fully equipped with a/c (hot/cold fan coil) and 2 HD Televisions.
At the outside you will enjoy a beautiful two level garden, with various sitting corners, both shady and exposed to the sun, and a tiny private church at the top corner.
Things to note
SPETSES EVENTS
Don’t miss the glorious Easter time at Spetses island. It is the best place to visit at that time.
Very well known events such as SPETSES CLASSIC YACHT RACE and SPETSES MARATHON are worth visiting.
The FESTIVAL OF ARMATA that takes place on Spetses Island on the second weekend of September, celebrating Panaghia Armata (Virgin Mary of the “Armata”) and commemorating the great Naval Battle of Spetses is spectacular.
PARTIES & EVENTS
Parties and events are allowed provided that there has been prior communication with the owner at the time of booking. In this case (i.e. marriage parties, christening parties, bachelor parties) special rates apply (extra charges), which will be given during our upfront communication.

We will gladly let you check in earlier or check out as late as you wish provided we do not have another booking on your dates 🙂
